Pantry Shelf Quiche

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell homemade or purchased

3 eggs, beaten with 1 1/2 cups Pet or light cream

1 1/2 cups gratedSwiss cheese—6to 8 slices

1 small can drained , sliced or chopped mushrooms

2 Tbls. BacOs or crumbled crisp–2 or 3 slices bacon

2 Tbls. dry Lipton’s Soup Mix

Directions

In pie shell, unpricked, sprinkle evenly the grated cheese, drained and pour the egg and cream mix which you have mixed together, evenly over the pan. Bake until center is golden and is firm when lightly pressed with. fingertip–probably 25 to 30 min, but I don’t have a time for it’–just watch it.
